Guests expire automatically
A guest pilot with no password is deleted after seven days without a session. A claimed pilot can choose log out in the game to remove its credential from the current device. Logging out does not delete the server account.
Request deletion
- Open the Vectorwake Discord.
- Send a private message to a member with the admin role. Include the generated call sign and say that you want the account deleted.
- An admin will ask you to prove control of the pilot through the game. Never send a password or device secret.
- Once verified, the admin will delete the account. The target response time is 30 days.
If you cannot use Discord, open a GitHub issue asking for a private account-deletion contact. Post only the call sign. Do not put a password, device secret, IP address, or other private information in a public issue.
What deletion removes
- The account and every stored login credential.
- The generated call sign, current ratings, career totals, and public profile.
- Human pilot activity rows connected to the internal account number.
- Client error groups connected to the internal account number.
- Third-party bot accounts registered under the deleted account.
You will be signed out on every device. The call sign may later return to the generated-name pool.
What may remain
Rated match records remain because other pilots' ratings depend on them. They retain an internal number that no longer resolves to the deleted account, call sign, or credentials. Encrypted disaster-recovery backups may keep an older copy until the provider's backup cycle replaces it.
Copies of a public profile held by a search engine or another person are outside Vectorwake's control.
Other requests
You may use the same private support route to ask for a copy of account data or to correct an account record. Generated call signs can be rerolled inside the game without deleting the account.
